  1. ACCESS TO THE COURSE

  4. CONFIDENTIALITY

  5. AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
    Prices are expressed in US Dollars, according to the reference exchange rate on the day of the transaction. Prices may also be subject to change without prior notice.
    Quijote en línea® ensures the availability of the courses shown on the portal. In the event of a lack of availability, Quijote en línea® will promptly inform its clients via email about this situation beyond our control, indicating the estimated delivery time.
  6. DELIVERY TIMES OR ACCESS GRANTING
    Access to the courses will be sent within no more than forty-eight (48) hours after payment has been made.

    The client is obliged to pay/settle/cancel the purchase order made through the Quijote en línea® portal in its entirety.

    The client must provide complete and accurate address information.
  9. DELIVERY POLICIES
    The courses offered by Quijote en línea® are not physically deliverable; they can only be accessed through the E-learning platform of the Quijote en línea® virtual campus.
  10. CANCELLATIONS
    Once the Purchase Order has been sent and processed through our portal, Quijote en línea® will accept cancellations of any purchase order within the following 24 hours of the request, provided that the client has not accessed the course in question. In this case, the client must request a refund or cancellation of the payment either by deposit or bank transfer and/or by credit card so that it can be refunded, provided that it meets the conditions previously explained.

  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards

Conducting transactions online without the owner’s prior consent or with stolen cards constitutes fraud, which is punishable under Panamanian law.
    Payment not recognized due to service disagreements or lack of knowledge of the payment method

We are affiliated with a financial institution with high regional standards, which provides us with secure credit card payment collection, acting as a secure payment agent for our clients with the card-issuing bank.     Under no circumstances do we accept any unrecognized payment by the client due to lack of knowledge of the payment method or disagreements with the delivery. The act of filing a claim with the bank, thereby disputing the purchase, implies a suspicion of potential fraud; therefore, with the order information and the recipient’s signature of receipt, there will be sufficient evidence to support the claim made.   13. UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
    Any situation not covered in these policies will be resolved by our Customer Service Center. At all times, maximum customer satisfaction will be verified, fulfilling our agreements, understanding that external factors may prevent us from fulfilling our purpose.
