In the event that Quijote en línea® must suspend the contracted service due to force majeure (extraordinary, unforeseeable, or unavoidable events that definitively prevent the provision of the service, such as flooding, fire, etc.), Quijote en línea® is obliged to notify the students within a maximum period of 30 days.

If the student leaves the contracted course due to force majeure, duly and reliably accredited, they must notify Quijote en línea® in writing, who reserves the right to enroll them in the next course.

If the student voluntarily decides to leave the contracted course, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid, and Quijote en línea® may demand compliance with the contract.
